As you can tell from the title, the food in this entry is prepared by restaurants - the professionals instead of me brewing up concoctions in my kitchen. I was fortunate enough to be an event photographer at the Grand Opening where they showcased different restaurants in Hong Kong and also featured a very friendly Italian chef. Needless to say, the food was amazing and even got to try some molecular gastronomical goodness. Here are some photos from the evening:

Each ball contains soup and it bursts in your mouth. So much flavor and so thankful the temperature was just right so it does not scorch your mouth.
Freshly made mozzarella was out of this world.
